One plan, priced by fleet size
Every feature at every fleet size — the only thing that changes is how many trucks and machines you run. No setup fees, no lock-in, and a truck that didn't work that month isn't on the bill.

You pay for fleet size, not for features. A three-truck yard runs the same system as a thirty-truck one.

Trucks and machines count. Trailers don't. A truck and trailer unit is one vehicle on your bill, not two. Loaders and diggers count as vehicles. Subcontractor units are counted the same way as your own.

How "per active vehicle" works
Only the trucks that worked, that month
We bill on what actually happened, because we know what a quiet month looks like. Each month, the system counts the vehicles that moved at least one load — yours and subcontractors' — and that's your bill.
No minimums on the count. If a truck is off for a rebuild, or a client's site shuts for winter, that truck costs nothing until it's back earning.

Your first five vehicles are covered by the $200 monthly base. Vehicles six to twenty are $40 each on top of that, and every vehicle past twenty is $30. The brackets stack rather than replace each other, so growing the fleet never makes the bill jump backwards. Only vehicles that actually worked that month are counted — a truck parked up for a rebuild costs nothing until it is back earning, and subcontractor units are counted the same way as your own.

Trucks and machines. A loader or digger counts as a vehicle; a trailer does not. A truck and trailer unit is one vehicle on your bill, not two — so running four-axle trailers behind your fleet costs you nothing extra.

Nothing extra. Weighbridge, workshop and loader/digger jobs are part of the plan at every fleet size — the rate you pay is set by how many vehicles you run, not by which features you switch on. Modules you have no use for stay switched off so the screens stay clean, and that costs nothing either way.

Yes. Draft invoices flow into Xero with account codes and per-vehicle tracking set the way your accountant likes them. Subcontractor pay statements print alongside each invoice run, so the whole cycle closes in one go.

Phones or tablets in the cabs for per-load capture (iOS or Android), and an EROAD account if you want the live fleet map. We set up your rate cards, clients and vehicles — most yards are live inside a week, and the demo is free.

You do. Export your records any time, and take them with you if you leave. Cancel whenever you like — no exit fees, no "we'll send you a data file next month".
