Every module, explained

Built for the loads you actually run

No features that only look good in a demo. Each module below exists because it solves a problem that shows up in a cartage yard — usually before morning tea.

Module 01 — Dispatch board

Run the day from one board

Jobs, repeating contracts and multi-leg loops on a drag-and-drop board. The dispatcher sees every truck, every load and every site at a glance — and so does the office, without asking.

  • Repeating contracts — standing jobs (same site, same rate, every weekday) fire automatically.
  • Multi-leg loops — quarry → job → dump → back to pit, planned as one trip, not five jobs.
  • Pinned locations — quarries, pits and sites saved once; no address typos, no "where exactly?" calls.
  • Live status — every job's state updates itself from the driver's app and EROAD telematics.

Module 02 — Per-load capture

The docket photo is the record

When the truck leaves the pit, the driver taps the load in the app: tonnage, product, and a photo of the docket. GPS and timestamp lock it in. That's the whole load record — nothing to re-type back at the office, nothing to lose on the way home.

  • Under 30 seconds — tonnage plus photo, done at the tailgate.
  • GPS-timestamped — proof of where and when, which settles most disputes before they start.
  • Works offline — patchy coverage is normal in a quarry; the app syncs when it gets signal back.
  • One record, end to end — the same capture drives billing, reconciliation and the pay statement.

Module 03 — Live fleet map

Know where every truck is, without asking

EROAD telematics feed truck positions onto a live map. Arrival detection knows when a truck lands at a quarry or site — the board updates, the customer gets told, nobody picks up the phone.

  • Truck positions in real time — on the map and on the job.
  • Quarry/site arrival detection — the load record can start itself when the truck arrives.
  • Per-customer visibility — give clients a live view of their loads if you want to; no more "where's my truck" calls.

Module 04 — Billing engine

Bill the way the client actually pays

Rates are per tonne, per load, per hour or per day — often all four across one client list. The billing engine prices every captured load against the right rate card, applies FAF where it applies, and rolls up a draft invoice run at the end of the week.

  • Per-client rate cards — stored once, applied automatically.
  • FAF fuel adjustment — applied to the rates that carry it, per the agreed formula.
  • Per-vehicle tracking — account codes and vehicle-level detail flow through to Xero.

Modules 05–08

The back-office work, done by the system

Supplier reconciliation

When the quarry's invoice arrives, every line gets matched to the loads that caused it — docket number and weight. Discrepancies surface as a list, not a shouting match.

Trading margin

Buy per tonne vs sell per tonne, side by side on every job. You always know which clients and products actually carry margin — not just which ones keep the trucks busy.

Xero + subcontractors

Draft invoices flow to Xero with account codes and per-vehicle tracking. Subcontractor pay statements generate alongside every invoice run — one button, both sides done.

Compliance

Daily pre-checks with odometer autofill, COF/rego/RUC dates in New Zealand or rego and inspection dates in Australia, and defect photos attached to the truck record. The paperwork side of the law, handled without the paperwork.

Optional modules

Switch on only what your yard needs

Weighbridge, workshop and loader/digger jobs are available as add-ons. If your operation doesn't run one, you don't see it — and you don't pay for it.

Weighbridge

Tickets flow from the weighbridge indicator into the load record — the pit visit becomes the docket, without re-typing.

Workshop

Jobs, parts and hours against the truck record. Know what each truck really costs to keep on the road.

Loader / digger jobs

Machine hire alongside cartage on the same board — loader hours and truck loads billing together.
